AMD company obtained the right to release x86- compatible processors at the power of any contract producer, which theoretically allow to sell its own block of globalfoundries shares to the interested investors. For the present production schedules AMD strongly depends on the  passage graph Of globalfoundries to the use of new technological processes. During the past days globalfoundries made numerous arrogant statements. First , the company will integrate in its own structure the Singapore contract chips producer - Chartered semiconductor, with which AMD connected old partner relations. Furthermore, within the next few years Globalfoundries is assembled to build in THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES research center and factory, and to also become the second largest contract producer of chips. According to the picture above we can see a variety of technological process made by Globalfoundries . The second slide describes the introduction periods of the technical process. Globalfoundries can begin to supply AMD with 32 nm processor models from the middle of the following year. However, AMD plan to release those processors only in 2011. To draw new clients in the period after 2010 globalfoundries are assembled, proposing to them 40 nm and 28 nm technical process. In particular, for STMicroelectronics chips will be released on 40 nm technology with the monolithic base layer, and ARM company  will obtain 28 nm processors, released with the use of  high value of dielectric constant materials and transistors with the metallic lock.
