If sapphire company supplied the Radeon HD with 5770 cooler with vaporizing chamber and timidly overclock the video chip by 10 MHz, then the powerColor radeon HD 5770 PCS+ demonstrate a more approach to factory overclock - the frequencies are increased from 850/4800 MHz to 875/4900 MHz.
The video card cooling system uses a radiator with copper base and fan with 92 mm diameter. If Sapphire declares superiority in temperature conditions over the standard video card by 9 degrees Celsius, then PowerColor promises to reduce the video chip temperature by one degree Celsius.  The port's layout on the rear panel also underwent change: two ports DVI were arranged on the center under each other, HDMI and DisplayPort were placed along the sides.
