ASUS company presented on CES 2010 exhibition, the motherboard ASUS M4A89GTOD PRO. The model is standard size ATX serves and based on chipset AMD 890G, which is characterized by the productive graphic system.
The southern bridge SB800 has the native support of SATA 6 Gbit/s interface. There are six ports (white color). The controller jMicron add IDE support, one port SATA 3 Gbit/s (black color) and one port eSATA.
The chipset contains the integrated graphic core with directX 10.1 support. Furthermore, on the motherboard there are two slots PCI- E x16 for the installation of discrete video card. In case of using two graphic accelerators in ATI crossFireX configuration the slots become 8x+8x.
