The achieved between Intel and AMD agreement with the payment of $1.25 billion compensation could not arrange other participants in the market and anti monopolistic USA organs , and the latter came out with the requirements, which call Intel to reexamine their competitor behavior and to simplify access to the licenses, which allow strange producer to produce chipsets for the company processors  . Similar requirements caused the disturbance Of Intel, the company hurried to present two documents, addressed to anti monopolistic organs OF USA (see here and here). If we do not go into details , Intel counts its own price policy absolutely legal and generally applicable, and it is not assembled to simplify the access of competitors  . No retarding of competition according to Intel representatives  , on the contrary, the expenditures of all participants in the market for R & D grew, the processors productivity  increased, but prices were constantly reduced. The most interesting quotation from these documents , in the opinion of our associates, is Intel reference to  the statements of Henry Richard ,  made to the circle of associates in 2004. At that moment Richard managed AMD sales as one of the company Vice Presidents  . Intel documents  assign to Mr. Richard the following words: If we look on the thing objectively, I do not have stimuli to buy AMD production . For my computer, I did not begin to buy AMD production , if i did not work in this company. Later it added: AMD suffers from the image of cheap producer, less reliable and less qualitative production. Certainly, in 2004 AMD company  had not the most convincing collection of competitive advantages . From other sides, there were during the subsequent years periods, when  AMD processors ensured more advantageous relationship of price and productivity, even taking in an account the grown of prices for AMD production .
