Gigabyte technology company prepares to update a series of video card on base Of cypress, with the increased productivity and updated cooling system. Naturally, the discussion deals with factory overclocked accelerators. The greatest attention deserves the top model, which was called Radeon HD 5870 Super overclock. This card has a dark-blue color Textolite 2 oz PCB. According to official specifications, the core clock frequency will be 1 GHz, and the GDDR5 memory 5200 MHz.
The two-slot cooling system allows to attain such high overclock indices. Radeon HD 5870 Super overclock is supplied with four copper heat pipes and a pair of fans. Memory works at 256- bit bus.
