Fujitsu company in 2002 attempted to design its rights to the trade mark iPad, under which it realizes communicator on base of Intel processor and operating system Windows CE.NET. Device has colored sensory screen standard size 3.5”, WiFi supports and Bluetooth. Fujitsu product is proposed for more than $2000.  Fujitsu, in turn, disputes right to the use of trade mark iPad with the California company magtek, which produces equipment for safety systems. During June last year Fujitsu gave repeated claim for the registration of trade mark iPad. In Europe rights to the trade mark IPAD since 2000 manages the producer of semiconductor microcircuit sTMicroelectronics. Related Products : | ||
