The six-core processors thuban socket AM3 will reach the market under the trade mark phenom II X6 . Actually, AMD plan for the second quarter to present  the  leo platform, into its composition can enter the six-core processors thuban and four core processors zosma. Both  processor series have the design concept socket AM3, six megas-byte cache in the third level and support dual-channel memory  DDR 3-1333. The processor phenom II X6 1055T can exist in two energy versions with TDP level not more than 125 and 95 W. For Phenom II X4 960T is indicated the TDP level not more than 95 W. The production of  thuban processors will start during April, Zosma will appear on the market later. The announcement of processors series phenom II X6 is planned on April this year, chipset 890FX and 890GX will be released a month earlier.
