The first reference about the overclock version radeon HD 5770 hawk from MSI appeared a week ago.
This card is originally oriented to overclocker . Producer asserts that the power subsystem of MSI r5770 hawk is built according to 7+1 phases, whereas in standard video card radeon HD 5770 power system is described by 4 + 1 phase.  Associate could overclock this video card from default frequencies 875/4800 MHz to 1050/5660 MHz. Core voltage was increased to 1.3 v, whereas it is possible to increase the core supply voltage to 1.35 v. the standard version radeon HD 5770 works at 850/4800 MHz frequencies.
The cooling system twin frozr II is equipped with three heat pipes and two fans. The cooler reduces the temperature of video chip by 13 degrees Celsius in comparison with the standard version radeon HD 5770. MSI r5770 hawk will be only $20-25 more expensive than the standard version radeon HD 5770. Related Products : | ||
