SandForce controllers for SSD promised to remove one of the central SSD failures - relatively low writing speed. A -DATa Company decided to use also sandForce controllers.
A -DATa on ceBIT 2010 exhibition in the beginning of March will demonstrate the SSD s599, which use solid-state MLC memory and controller sandForce SF-1200, which ensures the transmission speed 280 Mbyte(s)/s on reading operations and 270 Mbyte(s)/s on writing operations.
Furthermore, A -DATa will show on CeBIT 2010 external disk n002 on base of solid-state memory, characterized simultaneously by SATA-300 and USB 3.0 interfaces, which allow to transfer data on 200 Mbyte(s)/s on reading operations and 170 Mbyte(s)/s on writing operations. The external hard disk A -Data NH01 will be equipped with the USB 3.0 interface. Related Products :
