Recently, asus announced new alternative video card series radeon HD 5xxx. High end asus EAH5870 TOP obtained original cooling system and voltage tweak technology. The default frequencies are increased from 850/4800 to 900/4900 MHz.  Asus EAH5850 directCU exists in two versions - one of them works at frequencies 725/4000 MHz other, is originally overclocked to 765/4500 MHz. The latter can be identified with the suffix TOP. Both video card have a cooling system with the technology straight contact and support the function voltage tweak.  The cooler directCU with straight contact technology, which uses a pair of heat pipes with 8 mm diameter, was used in Asus EAH5830 directCU. Cooling efficiency in comparison with the standard version radeon HD 5850 is increased by 20%, and the noise level is reduced by 35%. Default frequencies remained at the standard level - 800/4000 MHz. Voltage tweak technology works also with this video card.  Finally, Asus EAH5750 cUcore uses the radial layout cooler, characterized by massive copper core. Related Products : | ||
