Asus company presented two new laptop on base of calpella platform . 14- inch N82JV-VX020V and 16- inch N61JA-JX008V. Both computers are supplied with thin displays with the LED- illumination and 1366 x 768 pixels resolution. The computers are based on processor core i 5 -520M, with the clock frequency 2.4 GHz. The memory volume reaches 4 Gb, and the maximum hard disk capacity will be about 500 Gb.
Auss N82JV-VX020V and N61JA-JX008V have gigabit ethernet ports, modules 802.11 b/g/n wiFi and Bluetooth, and also build in card reader for eight types of memory cards. In delivery set enters 6 cell battery, the battery life is not noted. Both computers will be supplied with the operating system Windows 7 Home premium. The difference between device, besides the diagonal of screen and overall sizes, is in the type of installed graphic accelerator. Laptop N61JA goes together with Mobility radeon HD 5730 (1 Gb video memory), and N82JV obtained GeForce GT 335M (1 Gb memory plus optimus technology ). The European market N61JA-JX008V and N82JV-VX020V will not appear earlier than April, but tentative cost will be about 1050 euros. | ||
