In the second half-year the passage of solid-state memory from 34 nm to 25 nm technical process will allow Intel company to release SSD series A X25- V with 80 Gb volume. It is necessary to assume, that the price will be approximately $100 but capacity will be doubled . Furthermore, in the first quarter 2011 Intel will present 25 nm version of SSD A X25- V 40 Gb volume. We assume that it will cost less than $100. Similar Intel plans must influence also the price policy of competitors, who are actively interested in the segment of inexpensive solid-state disks. | ||
