According to communication with company raza microelectronics (RMI), which recently represented the new models of processors family alchemy, South Korean electronic giant selected the processor RMI alchemy au1200 for its new portable devices.
In particular, the discussion deals with the portable universal player LMD10A-51W with the function of the method digital television (Digital media broadcast mobile TV, DMB-TV), which works under the administration linux and SPF-71V which works under control Windows. In configuration enters the adapter wireless network wi-Fi (802.11g), slots for reading of memory cards format SD, MMC, MS and XD. Device has a port USB and it is capable of working with files MP3, MPEG-1, WMV9, MPEG-4, JPEG, BMP and GIF. Major portion of functionality with both devices is realized by the RMI alchemy au1200. Combining the unusual computational resources (core MIPS32, work at frequency 333, 400 or 500 MHz) and modest energy consumption (0,4 W at frequency 400 MHz), this microcircuit is well suitable for using as the basis of portable multimedia devices, navigators and instruments of connection. The single-crystal system au1200 contains the memory controllers and display, outlying interfaces, module of joining with the camera and cipher engine .. | ||
