RAMBUS and NVIDIA companies have already worked on several patents, connected with the memory controller device.  RAMBUS asserts that some NVIDIA products disrupt the patents of the company, and therefore, commission for international trade IN USA should forbid the import of corresponding NVIDIA products. Associate  reports that the yesterday commission for international trade IN USA recognized the validity of  RAMBUS claims on three patents from five. As a result the commission prohibit the import in USA of some microcircuits of  NVIDIA production, which will be examined by the government of a country during 60- day period. In this time NVIDIA expects to obtain from RAMBUS additional license. This license will allow NVIDIA to continue the import of questionable goods. Furthermore, company intends to appeal against the resolution of federal organ USA in the law court and to continue work with the agency on the registration of patents and trade marks in USA.   On the solution of the commission, NVIDIA will introduce the guarantee in size of 2,65%,  which will be sold in USA  territory in the 60-day period, during which the President will examine the resolution of this federal organ. Let us note that the resolution of the commission is extended also to the import of  asus, HP and Palit production. According to NVIDIA representatives,   all these problems  will not affect end users,  which live in USA. Related Products :
