IPS matrix, which is used with the creation of professional desktop monitors, found its use, also, in plane-table computers. It is used in the plane-table masterPad, developed by pegatron company. MasterPad : this is thus far a prototype, but the authors of this creation are assured that soon they will start its series's production. The plane-table in question possesses a good potential. Besides the IPS- display with 11,6 inches diagonal and 1366x768 pixel it has a SSD- disk with capacity from 32 to 64 gigas-byte, the processor Intel atom, N450 with the clock frequency 1,66 GHz and battery, which is sufficient for five hours of work.
MasterPad will be able to reproduce video in HD and even Full HD, it will be completed by the module wiFi and 3G- modem. There is 1,3-mp Web- camera and microphone. The prototype Of masterPad works under Windows 7 from Microsoft, but Pegatron is assembled to release a version with Google's android. | ||
