Intel corporation and nokia company , declared about the joint center of research and developments Intel and Nokia joint innovation center. The new center, in state of which will enter 24 specialists, becomes the completion of Intel laboratories in Europe (Intel labs Europe). Initially new structure will study mobile user interfaces, and successful projects will  enlarge the possibilities of portable electronics. Another theme of work will become platform with open initial code meeGo, announced by Intel and Nokia several months ago. MeeGo offers improbable possibilities for the formation of 3d- experience. Many projects of laboratory in this region will be accessible within the open licenses. Intel and Nokia will also develop three-dimensional user interfaces for mobile devices. New center will be located with the university g. oulu in Finland, in the complex center for Internet excellence with the technological park oulu urban living labs, which is ideal medium for depth researches, testing and pilot introduction of technological and social innovations. Intel and Nokia joint innovation center is based on the collaboration of industrial company and scientific association, which became the base of joint project intel labs barcelona and polytechnic university of Catalonia in Spain, Intel visual computing institute and Intel labs berkeley and University of California in Berkeley, USA.
