Intel company recently brought the wireless business solutions from infineon .All WLS clients will be attended on the previous conditions, even production of processors with ARM- architecture will be preserved. Netbook, smartphone, plane-table computers and built in devices - here are the basic application spheres of infineon chips on Intel version . The sum of transaction will be $1,4 billion . Sale of WLS division by Intel company will allow Infineon to be concentrated in the key directions: microelectronics for transportation means, industrial computers and access control system .
