First , their market segments division : series Hudson- M is intended for mobile solutions, Hudson- D will be used in desktop segment, and Hudson-E1 will be chipset for the built in solutions on base of ontario processors.  The group of mobile and desktop chipset hudson consists of three version: M1, M2, M3 or D1, D2, D3. All without the exception of chipset group Hudson- M will obtain six ports SATA-600, support RAID levels 0 and 1, and also gigabit net interface is provided only for Hudson-M2 and Hudson-M3. fourteen ports USB 2.0, supported by the latter chipset all fourteen can either work in the regime USB 2.0 or four of them will work in the regime USB 3.0. PCI bus with the frequency 33 MHz by mobile chipset hudson will not be supported generally , only four channels PCI express x1 generation 2.0 is provided . Desktop chipset Hudson- D provide support of six ports SATA-600, gigabit net controller and disk array RAID 0, 1, 10 only for two elder models: Hudson-D2 and Hudson-D3. Low-end Hudson-D1 supports only six ports SATA-300, the quantity of supported slots PCI is equal to four, whereas its elder version support only three slots PCI. . Chipset Hudson-E1 built in systems has six ports SATA-600 with RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 support, the built-in gigabit net controller and up to four slots PCI in addition to up to four channels PCI express x1.
