Soon creative company will begin in USA sales of tablet ziiO.  The device now pass the federal commission for connection (FCC). On this organization site were discovered the photographs of creative ziiO.  The device is based on the single-crystal system ziiLABS ZMS-08. Memory microcircuits are from hynix production in a quantity of four pieces, H5PS1G63EFR. This is DDR2 memory microcircuit . The volume of each of them is equal to 1 Gbit (128 MB.), memory volume is 512 MB.  Below are located a slot for microSD memory. We note the microcircuit WM8352 : integrated power system and stereophonic ssound codec. Also we have the microcircuit azureWave, whose realized wireless interfaces 802.11 b/g wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
