The development of solid-state memory expanded its application spheres in more traditional disks.
According to new press release on the JEDEC committee site , this organ of standardization created the special committee JC-45.6, which work on the development of standards for hybrid memory modules. The latter can unite DRAM with energy-independent memory NAND. In the solid-state memory the reserve copy of data or their most frequently inquired part can be stored.
