The experts of water cooling understand that to make a water-block which will work effectively then it should not cool only the video chip but also memory witch is extremely complicated. Even if this is possible to make such cooler , then the compatibility of water-block will be completely limited , in addition to the sufficiently expensive price. This approach is unacceptable for mass cooling systems, therefore producers prefer to search for hybrid solutions, in which video chip would be cooled by water, and memory microcircuits will be equipped with passive radiators for air cooling. Thermaltake company already demonstrated its hybrid water-block for video card geForce 8800 GTX in the composition of the corresponding asus product series aquaTank. Now it made new cooling system TMG ND4 (CL -W0153) witch become independent product. The complete description of this new product appeared on the site of producer. We start from the fact that this water-block is intended strictly for video card geForce 8800 GTX; therefore it will be impossible to use it with other graphical solutions. Copper base covers video chip, copper water-block with carbines is soldered to it. To the copper base are tightened aluminum radiators for cooling the memory microcircuits  - they are blown out by air from 60 mm fan, which rotate at 2000 RP/min with noise level not exceeding 18 DBA. Transparent plastic is made to target air, which comes from fan. The overall dimensions of cooling system are equal to 199,4 X 96,9 X 36,5 mm, weight is equal to 400 deg. Fan has dark-blue illumination. Thermaltake guarantees the compatibility of this water-block with any system of liquid cooling from its own production. 	My system is so quiet that the only thing driving me crasy is a high freqency from this VGA block fan. I think i will test to see if it works well without this fan. the problem is not the temperture with this block. because the card shuts down automatick when overclocking too much. dont know if its voltage that is the problem

	18 DB is far from being noisy. maybe u could try to lower the fan speed to 1000 RPM or so ,this will help a lot Keep it Clear :-)
