AMD company continues to develop popular series TSP phenom and Athlon. Thus, it presented the processor phenom II X4 850.  The device will become the highly productive within the eight-hundredth series: its frequency by 100 MHz will exceed the frequency of processor phenom II X4 840 (3,2 GHz). But here the remaining parameters will be the same as in the low-end model: the cache volume in the first level will be 512 KB, the second 2 MB. It also support hyperTransport 3.0, and the built-in memory controller will be compatible with DDR 3-1333 MHz and DDR 2-1066 MHz modules. Phenom II X4 850 will be produced according to 45 nm standards of technological process and characterized by thermal packet 95 W. Related Products : | ||
