In the official data base of intel processors appeared a reference about two new models for mobile PC: Pentium 957 and Core i 5 -2467M. Both are produced according to 32-nm technological process and are characterized BY TDP 17 W; .
Pentium 957 is equipped with two cores, which work at the frequency 1,2 GHz, and with 2 MB cache in the third level. Due to the dual-channel controller the CPU support 8 GB DDR 3-1333 MHz. The video core: minimum frequency 350 MHz, maximum 800 MHz. Intel core i 5 -2467M is much more interesting. This processor is also dual core; however, due to the support of hyper-Threading technology it can process four thread . The default processor clock frequency , 1,6 GHz, due to the support of turbo boost technology it can rise to 2,3 GHz. The default frequency of built-in in CPU graphic processor are same as in Pentium 957, 350 MHz; however, it can rise already to 1,15 GHz. The cache volume in the third level is equal to 3 MB. | ||
