HP promised to soon begin selling an updated version of laptop Pavilion dm1. The new revision got not only new hardware, but also some exterior elements .
The design of laptop undergone a slight but noticeable changes. For example, the touch pad got two separate keys, 3.5 mm jack to connect both headphone and microphone was replaced by two separate connectors.
Updated HP Pavilion dm1will be available with a hybrid processor AMD E-300 and E-450 , and with the low voltage processor, Intel Core i3. In the first case the laptop can be ordered from 21 September , starting at $ 399, but the version with Intel processor will appear only on 30 October , starting at $ 600. Such a large difference in price is due not only to the higher cost of CPU and chipset from Intel, but due to the external optical drive.
HP Pavilion dm1still equipped with a screen diagonal 11.6 inches LED-back light display, HDD capacity from 320 to 750 GB or 128 GB SSD, Wi-Fi adapter and Bluetooth (HSDPA optional). Overall dimensions and weight also will not change - 290 x 214 x 20-30 mm, and 1.6 kg.
