ASUS Company prepared sequential motherboard for the work with processors Intel LGA775 - P5S-MX/WIFI-AP. New motherboard is in the form factor mATX, it is based on chipset Sis 671FX (south bridge - SiS 968) and support processors Intel core 2 Duo, Pentium D, Pentium 4 and celeron D, this motherboard correspond to the specification energy consumptions FMB 05B, 05A, 04B and 04A.  Maximum frequency FSB, supported by this motherboard is 1066 MHz. It Is possible to install two memory modules DDR2 667/533/400 MHz, and maximum memory volume is limited by 4 Gb. The integrated graphic controller Sis chrome9 HC witch support directX 9 it is capable to borrow up to 256 mb from system memory. As sound possibilities in P5S-MX/WIFI-AP answers the 6-channel codec realtek ALC883-GR. This new board is equipped with one PCI express x16, one PCI express x1 and with two PCI, to user are accessible six ports USB 2.0. The south bridge realize the support of two ports SATA II with support to RAID 0/1 and one IDE- interface, and also gigabit Ethernet- controller. As it is clear from the name, motherboard includes wireless access (ASUS wiFi-AP solo). It support the standards IEEE 802.1 b/g ensures the data transmission speed is 54 Mbit/s.
