MSI remained very secretive about their product for LGA 2011 processors. Today appeared the image of high MSI motherboard on base of chipset Intel X79. MSI Big Bang XPower II is made in XL-ATX format . Processor voltage regulator module has 24 phases and is based on high-end components, guaranteeing the stability and endurance power system in the regime of extreme overclocking to power eight DIMM slots, four additional phases. Power supply via 24-pin and two 8-pin EPS and an additional 6-pin PCI Express.  Processor Sandy Bridge-E supports up to 32 lines PCI Express 3.0, which is not enough for the seven slots PCI Express x16. Perhaps the engineers used a chip-bridge, but the details are unknown. There are six SATA 6 Gb / s and four SATA 3Gb / s eSATA support is missing. The motherboard is equipped with the audio codec (probably chip ALC889) with the support of the software Creative X-Fi MB2, you can connect the speaker configuration 8.2. There is a pair of connectors LAN (based on Intel controllers ), USB 2.0 and FireWire. MSI Big Bang XPower II will be one of the most advanced solution of its kind.  Related Products : | ||
