Apple has filed a new lawsuit against Samsung in Germany, hoping to ban the sale in this country of models Galaxy S Plus and Galaxy S II.  The statement filed with the court in Dusseldorf, featured 10 models.  Simultaneously, Apple filed a separate lawsuit, which deals with the five tablet models from Samsung and is associated with a ban on the sale of  model Galaxy 10.1, adopted in September.  According to the company Apple, Samsung violated its copyright on the design of mobile devices.
In December, the court in Düsseldorf dismissed the second claim Apple and decided to not prohibit the sale of tablet Galaxy 10.1N . Related Products :
