Motorola Mobility Company , which early this year expected to pass under the control of Google, yesterday published a quarterly report.  Revenue for the quarter was $ 3.4 billion, at the end of the year - $ 13.1 billion, however, we are more concerned with sales statistics of mobile devices. So, in the fourth quarter, Motorola sold 10.5 million mobile devices, 5.3 million were smart phones.  The gain from the sale of mobile devices was $ 2.5 million , for the year were sold 42.4 million mobile devices, 18.7 million were smart phones.In the year was sold about a million tablets  . The deal with Google, which was approved by shareholders on 17 November , Motorola Mobility expects to complete in the current semester.  Already covered agreement with the Russian and Turkish competition authorities, pending documents are in Canada, USA and China.  In February, the deal will study the European Commission.  Buying Motorola Mobility will manage Google's $ 12.5 billion Related Products :
