The Chinese company Viota released two inexpensive tablet PC: M700 and M970.
The junior model is equipped with a 7-inch screen and provides six-hour battery life. Viota M970 resolution is 9.7-inch , made on IPS technology, 1024 x 768 pixels.
Both are built on the same single-chip system consisting of CPU ARM Cortex-A8 and the GPU Mali 400, and managed by the operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The list of characteristics include two cameras ( 2 megapixel, rear - 5 M), microUSB port and Mini HDMI, slot for microSD cards and 4 GB of internal flash memory, but memory, depending on the version, may be 512 MB or 1 GB.
The low-end model is estimated at $ 100, the older a little more expensive - $ 120.
