That was enough to set a new record in the benchmark SuperPi, surpassing the processor Core i7-2600K with 6042 MHz frequency (record frequency for Sandy Bridge) and the result of 6.109 seconds, and Core i7-980X with 6930 MHz frequency, and the result 5,781 seconds. Core i7-3770K finished the task in 5,187 seconds. It should be noted that the processor was working with the memory overclocked to 2652 MHz effective frequency with timings 7-11-7-28-1T.
