The company Spansion has announced the launch of a strategic partnership with South Korean manufacturer of memory chips, SK Hynix. Under the agreement, the company will promote the market of products based on flash memory, as well as open up to each other access to their own development. It is expected that the first joint solution will be available in the second quarter 2012.  Spansion is the largest producer of memory chips, NOR, designed for embedded electronics and a variety of specialized solutions. In SK Hynix believes that the cooperation will give us the opportunity to develop new and expand the range of products without fear of accusations of patent rights violations. In turn, Spansion support a powerful ally, plans to master the production of chips SLC NAND. The manufacturer expects to provide products based on this memory type in the next few quarters. Last year the company signed an agreement with Elpida, in which the Japanese company took over production of SLC NAND chip technology for MirrorBit. Related Products : | ||
