Along with the motherboard A85XA-G65 , and E53-A85IA , MSI revealed at Computex 2012 two new processor socket FM2 - A85MA-E35 and the A55M-P33 (F2). Both support the proprietary technologies ClickBIOS II and OC Genie II.
A85MA-E35 is based on five-phase power system, two slots for RAM (the maximum modules frequency - 1866 MHz, the maximum amount of each module - 8 GB), as well as one connector PCI-Express 2.0 x16, two PCI-Express 2.0 x1 and one PCI. Ports for connecting drives - six, including four SATA 6 Gb / s. As for USB 3.0 ports, then two of them on the rear panel, and two more are realized through the internal connector.
Functionality of A55M-P33 (F2) approximately corresponds to the functionality of A85MA-E35 with the difference that A55M-P33 (F2) do not have a second port PCI-Express 2.0 x1 and video output HDMI, does not have USB 3.0 ports and all four ports for connecting drives conform to the specification SATA 3 Gb / s.
