Fujitsu company managed to introduce technology to create plastic cases for notebooks from recycled optical discs containing polycarbonate. Developed in collaboration with partners, eliminates the use of equipment for the case of unwanted impurities and provide good performance of finished product. discs for recycling are collected in special centers Fujitsu, located in Japan. 
The notebook Fujitsu Lifebook P722 / E is produced by this technology. The use of recycled materials reduces the amount of plastic used by 10 tons per year, and carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by 15%. Fujitsu hopes to extend this experience to other recyclable materials and products.
