Kingmax company presented a press release to notify about solid-state drives SMU32 and SMU35, Client Pro series. Presented SSD are based on LSI-SandForce controllers and supports SATA interface with a capacity of 6 Gb / s. Claimed read speed serial data block is 550 MB / s, write speed is possible at up to 520 MB / s. Number of I / Os per second (IOPS) random processing units 4KB can reach 85 thousand (in models with capacity 480 GB maximum defined at around 50,000 IOPS).
The drives support SMART, TRIM, Native Command Queuing technology, and error correcting codes. SSD are available in capacities of 60, 120, 240 and 480 GB. Related Products : | ||
