In fifth June will be released the processors athlon X2 BE -2300 (1.9 GHz) and Athlon X2 BE -2350 (2.1 GHz), which will bring the new notation system. To understand all nuances of this system is complicated, but basic principles can be briefly presented. The first two letters in the model name  (Be -2xxx) speak about the energy consumption class of processor - in this case TDP it is equal to 45 W. The first number (Be -2xxx) speaks about the belonging of processor with products series  - in this case the two speaks, that before us the processor series athlon X2 with two cores. Three last number speak about the relative attitude of processor inside the series - these are the indirect frequency characteristic and cache volume  . Wholesale prices of those new processors are : Athlon X2 BE -2350 (2.1 GHz) - > $90; Athlon X2 BE -2300 (1.9 GHz) - > $85. Here is the prices of actual processors with analogous frequencies, which possess level TDP not more than 65 W: Athlon 64 X2 4000+ (2.1 GHz) - > $104; Athlon 64 X2 3600+ (1.9 GHz) - > $73. Prices differ by $12-14, moreover Athlon X2 BE -2350 seems to be more advantageous proposal in comparison with athlon 64 X2 4000+.  Athlon 64 X2 4000+, will be removed from production at the end of this year.
