Kingston technology company announced the beginning of deliveries for memory module DDR3 SDRAM - HyperX 1375 MHz and ValueRAM 1066 MHz.  Furthermore, in summer, company promises to add the memory DDR3 valueRAM 1333 MHz.
We already talked about the advantages of DDR3 in comparison with DDR2 (Check  : DDR 3 Review Or Intel P35 Review ); therefore we passe immediately to the technical characteristic of the presented modules. New memory latency are - CAS latency – 7, CL 7-7-7-20. HyperX modules are designed for 1 ,7 v supply voltage and ValueRAM for 1,5 v only (DDR3 reference voltage).
