The U.S. company Motorola Mobility plans to release the Android-smartphone Droid RAZR M HD. The upcoming new product has the following dimensions: 130 x 64 x 8.9 mm, weight - 156.5 grams and is based on the SoC-System Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8960 with a 1.5-GHz dual-core Krait and integrated GPU Adreno 225.
Droid RAZR M HD will get a 4.5-inch capacitive touch display, with a format of 720p (1280 x 720 pixels and a pixel density of 326 ppi) and a protective coating, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB drive, a slot for memory cards format and microSDHC Lithium-polymer battery capacity of 3300 mAh (up to 21.5 hours of battery life in talk mode).

Smartphone is running the mobile operating system Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) with an option to upgrade to Android 4.2.
