Lenovo presented two convertible devices - IdeaPad Yoga 11S and ThinkPad Helix.
So, the first mobile computer based on an Intel processor generation Ivy Bridge. The laptop is equipped with 11.6-inch screen size with a resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels (IPS). The amount of RAM in Yoga 11S up to 8 GB, the capacity of the regular SSD is 128 GB. The device is running the operating system Windows 8 and will go on sale in June for $ 799.
Hybrid ThinkPad Helix has a 11.6-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (IPS). Touch panel is able to recognize not only the fingers touch , and a special pen Wacom, pencil case is stored in the left side of the unit.
Helix is based on the processor Intel Ivy Bridge (officially supports technologies vPro), can have up to 8 GB of RAM and SSD capacity up to 256 GB. Wireless communication is possible via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, the computer can be equipped with optional adapters, NFC and LTE. Tablet part is equipped with two cameras.
In standalone mode, Helix can work up to 10 hours (5 hours with a detached keyboard). The operating system also supports Windows 8. Sales will start late next month at a price of $ 1499. Related Products :
