All video card radeon HD 2xxx possess the built-in sound support , and this allow to use the DVI port as connection to monitors and television on HDMI interface . Adapters with DVI to HDMI are supplied in the complete set with video cards Radeon HD 2900 XT, which are already present on the market. Video card GeForce 8xxx with integrated in the rear panel port HDMI was presented in CeBIT 2007 during March. But video card with this interface was sold only in limited quantity . Solution with adapter HDMI from DVI port would be more elegant and flexible. NVIDIA Partners in Computex 2007 demonstrated the appropriate video card.  ZOTAC company , which is close relative to sapphire presented similar model . This last showed video card series GeForce 8600, GeForce 8500 and GeForce 8400, with adapters DVI to HDMI. These video card as before use the transit audio, which provide sound to HDMI port from the build in sound controller . Those video card from ZOTAC, will be released in June this year, they possess HDCP, HDMI support with S/PDIF. Adapter DVI->HDMI is applied free of charge to the video cards series GeForce 8600, for GeForce 8500 and GeForce 8400 there is a paid option.  ECS company also proposes video card models GeForce 8600 GTS and GeForce 8500 GT, which have the capability of HDMI connection through DVI port .  The presence of similar functionality will increase the video card cost by $10 on average .
