Over the last three months  2012, ARM Holdings company made $ 262.8 million, up 21% more than the fourth quarter  2011 (it was $ 217 million).  Income before taxes was $ 128 million - this corresponds to an annual increase of 16%.  Since ARM itself does not produce semiconductors, and is exclusively licensed activities, its revenues and earnings depend a little on seasonal factors.  Therefore, in the first quarter  this year, it does not expect a significant loss of revenue, which is expected to be $ 250 million decrease in revenues of some sequences will be due to the difficult economic situation in the world.
