Michael Dell shared his plans for the development of the company after privatization.
First, the economic priorities are for revenue and the value of cash flows. This means that Dell will make the sales, and not solely due to the difference between price and cost. Moreover, that Dell is going to be active in the markets of developing countries. Special attention will be given to improve the relationship with customers, as well as the development of services for the integration and delivery of turnkey solutions.
It is important that Dell is going to invest heavily in new product development, and the promotion of personal computers and tablets. Accordingly, Dell will pay more attention to tablet - for example the same will be made by HP.
Dell is going to actively increase the number of staff employed in the development of products and selling them. Obviously, the latter linked to the intention to strengthen the market position of readiness in developing countries.
