The deliveries of single core processors athlon 64 socket AM2 will be soon stopped by AMD company , last orders can be placed at the end of the third quarter 2007. With reference to sources among mainboards producers , AMD already ended the delivery orders for the 65 nm processors athlon 64 with ratings 3500+, 3800+ and 4000+. We note that the 65 nm processor athlon 64 4000+  was never released by AMD company . We deal here with the 90 nm version . The most interesting, that the deliveries of 90 nm processors athlon 64, until now, continue, but in limited quantities. During September ( this year ) AMD is going to announce five models 65 nm processors sempron. further , AMD is assembled to remove the family of single core processors athlon 64 : The single core processor will be produced only under sempron trade mark . Single core processors spica socket AM2+ will appear in first half of the following year. They will also relate to sempron family . Associate report that single core processors sargas  socket AM3 with DDR- 3 support will appear in the second-half of 2008. They must be released on more thin 45 nm technical process.
