N140J-710A / E has a 14-inch display, with 1366 x 768 pixels and anti-glare coating, 4GB of RAM standard DDR3, 256-GB solid-state drive format mSATA, slot for memory cards (MMC / RS-MMC, SD / mini SD / SDHC / SDXC, MS / MS Pro / MS Duo), Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 + LE adapter, a 1.3-megapixel webcam.
