Today appeared a picture of the GPU used in the GeForce GTX 770.
GeForce GTX 770 is based on GPU GK104-425-A2 - a slightly updated version uses a 3D-card GeForce GTX 680 and GeForce GTX 690 GPU GK104-400-A2. This suggests that the GeForce GTX 770 has received 1,536 cores CUDA, 128 texture units (TMU) and 32 units of raster operations (ROP). It has 3D-card 2 or 4 GB of GDDR5 memory and a memory interface 256-bit word length. It is assumed that the clock frequency of the GPU exceed the level of 1050 MHz.
According to unconfirmed reports, the power system of GeForce GTX 770 will be sold on a 5 +2 phase, while TDP would be even higher than the GeForce GTX 680 TDP. Video output from GeForce GTX 770 will have two DVI, one HDMI and one DisplayPort.
