InnoDisk company , announced the release of standard drives microSSD (MO-276) series nanoSSD. Solid-state memory, controller, and the elements of the power system in a single BGA package with dimensions of 16 x 20 x 2 mm. Mass storage is less than 1.5 g, and its capacity can reach 64 GB. Supported SATA-600 interface, data transfer rate up to 480 MB / s for reading and 175 MB / s for writes. 
The drives of this series can operate in temperatures from minus 40 to plus 85 degrees Celsius, they are resistant to impact, and also support quick erase data MIL-STD-810F / G. Branded utility iSMART will observe the decrease in the number of the resource drive write cycles, and take measures to preserve the data in advance.
