At Computex 2013, Sapphire has brought a special version of Radeon HD 7990, which is equipped with a liquid cooling system.
At the 12-layer PCB are two graphics processors Tahiti XT2, which are powered by a 12-phase converter (each phase is rated at 50 amps). An additional four phases are responsible for VDDCI, two more - for MVDD. Electric power video card gets from the three octal sockets.
The cooling system include a copper waterblock covering the entire surface of printed circuit board connected to the reservoir size 5.25 inches with integrated pump and a separate 240-mm heatsink to which a fan has two speed to 1200 rpm.
