Gecube company stated about its plans to begin sales of AGP- video card radeon HD 2400 Pro and during these days we can see them in Japanese stores. This video card is called Gecube GC -RX24PGa 2 D3. Such card is also available in Europe for 70 Euro-.
Gecube card operates at 525/770 MHz frequencies, possesses 64- bit system bus and 256 mb DDR-2 memory . It support HDCP and UVD. This video card is not supplied with adapter DVI to HDMI.
On the printed-circuit board (PCB) back side it is possible to reveal the transitional bridge RIALTO, which allow this video card to work through the AGP 8x interface .
In Japan this video card cost $95, this approximately $17 more expensive than the close one in characteristics video card with PCI express x16 interface.
