Associate has reported that hybrid processors AMD Kaveri will be presented no earlier than February of next year, although earlier this symbol flashed in AMD's plans at the end of 2013.  However, the production of processors will still begin in December, and engineering samples will be even earlier.   However, the most interesting part of the publication describe the specific characteristics of  Kaveri successors,  Carrizo will be released in 2015.  They will use the computational core architecture Excavator, and the graphics system will  be also updated.  These processors will work in conjunction with the chipset Bolton-D4 A88X.  The TDP of processors will range from 45 to 65 watts, depending on the version.  Carrizo processors will also support HSA ( HUMA ) and PCI Express 3.0. One of the major innovations can be DDR4 memory support .  As we know, Intel desktop processors will support DDR4 next autumn (Haswell-E), and at a more affordable segment DDR4 will ensure compatibility with processors Skylake , which before 2015 did not come out. hybrid processors Beema will replace Kabini next year.  They will receive a computing core architecture Puma + graphics system and a new generation.  These processors will be single-chip system, they will provide support for HSA (HUMA) and obtain the design Socket FT3 (BGA), implying mounted directly onto the motherboard. Beema successor is named Nolan .  Architecture cores is not mentioned, but they will be up to four pieces in a single processor.  The graphics system will also be updated in accordance with the situation in 2015.   Related Products :
