For all mobile phones sold in the EU must develop a single charger, according to the website of the European Parliament. Corresponding initiative was approved by an absolute majority of votes on Thursday and informally agreed with the Council of Ministers. According to Barbara Weiler , author of the bill, the introduction of a single standard for the charger is not only beneficial to the users themselves, but also a positive effect on the environment. While lawmakers will determine what types of electronic equipment will have to be compulsorily supplied charger single sample - a new requirement to come into force only in 2017.
