Transcend company declared about the release of memory module for overclock amateurs in the series aXeRam. Transcend released memory modules aXeRam DDR 2-1066+, working at 1066 MHz frequency or even more. Two giga-byte modules work at the default frequency 1066 MHz with latency 5-5-5-15. They are built on base of the same six-layer PCB as 800- MHz memory, released earlier.  Working voltage is 2,1 v, those module support Enhanced performance profiles (EPP). The expected price of aXeRam DDR 2-1066+ is 200 dollars for 2 Gb. Related Products : | ||
